Ph.D. in Mechanics of Structures (2002) from University of Padua with a thesis on geometrically non-linear structures subjected to wind action.

Visiting Professor at the department of Structural and Transportation Engineering.

Author of more than 50 papers published on national and international scientific journals and on conference proceedings. Research interests: Lifting and transportation system and machines, wind simulation fields, analysis of structures with highly non-linear geometrical behaviour, aerodynamic study of long-span bridges.

Co-founder and partner LAIRA - Chief Structural Engineer

Responsible for overall management of projects from conception to completion. Involved in the design, analysis and assessment of a wide range of buildings, industrial structures and bridges.

Coordinator and lecturer of advanced courses in steel structures, membrane roofs, seismic analysis, seismic retrofitting addressed to chartered engineers.
